Program Manager, CRM
ASICS Digital is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help drive the ASICS e-Commerce global roadmap, including planning and implementation of key digital initiatives, across ASICS properties.
This role will report to the Director of Program Management and will oversee multiple Salesforce Marketing Cloud scrum teams dedicated to improving our email marketing capabilities. The Program Manager is accountable for planning, stakeholder communications, staffing considerations and implementation of ASICS regional and global eCommerce roadmaps. This person will leverage a deep understanding of how to “GSD” in a fast-paced, technical and agile environment, possess well-rounded soft skills, and a results-driven approach to deliver engaging experiences with our consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of regional and global projects related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage a small team of Product Owners/Project Managers responsible for implementation and delivery of ASICS.com global digital marketing, eCommerce and/or CRM optimizations and features.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Quality and Executives to manage costs and schedules. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize business results.
- Evaluate existing processes for efficiency opportunities and lead the change.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years product/program management, project management and/or operations management experience overseeing software development projects.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and articulate clear, measurable objectives after developing a detailed understanding of the business goals.
- Ability to present to groups regardless of position within the company, and willing to take on challenges confidently and effectively.
- Seasoned expert with project management tools such as i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, etc.
- Extensive experience and/or knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in eCommerce, preferably in global organizations.
- Experience with DTC platforms, preferably Salesforce, Hybris, and/or SAP.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).
