Job Title: Database Applications Administrator – (Sales Forces Expert)

Classification: Exempt

Department: Digital Strategy

Reports To: Director of Digital Strategy

Principal Purpose of Job: Serves as staff support and administrator for our Salesforce CRM systems

Level of Authority: Works with various teams and in coordination with other Database Administrators, under general organizational policies and procedures

Work Environment: Most of the work is performed in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interruptions, adjustments and the need to deal with a diversity of people and tasks

Work Location: Open (can be remote)

Day-to-day duties:

• Support and Administration for multiple Salesforce Systems:
• Coordinate and provide quality control for data entry
• Communicates and supports the introduction of new features and user queries
• Troubleshooting of system and data issues
• Importing and exporting data
• Providing user support and training
• Develop custom reports from Salesforce

Responsible for developing, updating and disseminating system documentation

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within strict timelines/deadlines
• Flexibility regarding schedule and assignments
• Helps out with special projects and other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Significant Salesforce internal support and administration, including the following:
• Salesforce Lightning, Flow and Workflow as well as Configuration and Declarative development of the platform

Desired Qualifications

• Salesforce EDA, Sales Cloud, Communities and Pardot experience
• 1 or more of the following Salesforce Certifications:
• Administrator
• Advanced Administrator
• Platform App Builder
• Platform Developer I
• DevOps tools (Gearset preferred)
• Experience with MS SQL and associated tools (DBAmp)
• Some experience working with one or more of the following:
• ETL Tools (Matillion ETL preferred)
• Data Warehouses (Snowflake Preferred)
• Reporting Tools (PowerBI Preferred)
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience working within a non-profit or labor environment
