Summary:
Primary role and responsibilities for this position will be to manage and validate all data loaded into the CRM system (Salesforce). Primary duties will be to assist in the collection of collecting and managing data so that it can be used to analyze sales and business functions, sales productivity and redundancies. 

CRM Data Coordinator will manage data and assist in targeted market prospecting initiatives. They will work to make sure that the data is collected properly. CRM Data Coordinator will also challenge the data that is collected by sales, in order to maintain data integrity and ensure that all data is accurate for forecasting and strategic initiatives. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
  • Audit data lists
  • Review each new sale to make sure all contact data, account relationships, and opportunity data are accurate.
  • Work to eliminate duplicate records in CRM
  • Maintain external lists from vendors & partners to keep our database up to date with the most recent contacts.
  • Communicate with Databees (Lead Research Vendor) on lists we need to audit.
  • Suggest changes to improve data organization and retrieval.
  • Work on teams with other coordinators, analysts, database administrators and others. Record and store data properly.
  • Perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
  • Provide data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required. Analyze data for quality improvement purposes.
  • Prepare data for reporting, meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare and submit data required for audits.
