 We are currently looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager who will be responsible for supporting our regional Commercial organization by improving the productivity, efficiency and performance of the regional sales teams through data, analytics and the development, implementation and sustainment of programs and tools that increase the efficiency of the sales process.

 Key responsibilities:
Support the Region focusing on increasing sales productivity and revenue growth

Review and create metrics for figuring out territory effectiveness

Develop standard methodologies around use of existing tools, systems and processes to demonstrate correlation between use and results

Ability to create Standard Work and procedures to drive structured territory planning, customer segmentation, target setting, etc.

Translate data analytics to action plan with sales team

Work collaboratively with sales leadership and Training & Development to evolve current practices and support organisational change. Train sales team how to demonstrate data to improve productivity of sales team efforts.

Monthly reporting of critical metric to management and sales team Key requirements:

Scientific educational background would be an advantage but it is not mandatory

At least 5 years of experience in healthcare as Sales, SFE, Commercial Excellence or similar roles

People management experience/demonstrated leadership skills: we are looking for an individual contributor able to engage and drive people 

Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, SAP BI, Power BI 

Proficient French and English is a must
