Salesforce System Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a SalesForce System Administrator for a large hospitality company in Las Vegas, NV. The Systems Administration team maintains the day-to-day operation of software inventory, patching, application/OS deployment, exchange, SalesForce, backups, and the overall health of our work communication systems. In addition to daily management of Systems Administration systems, the role also acts as an escalation point for in-depth troubleshooting of system issues. The Systems Administrator will coordinate with other members of IT to provide support to assist in troubleshooting or projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 4-5 years of system administration experience with 1-2 years in Salesforce CRM platform/system administration
• Strong ability to support Windows PC/Server and VMWare platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise management tools like Service Now, Microsoft System Center, Microsoft Operations Manager, and SMS
• Basic understanding of types of networks and server equipment, like firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, blades, chassis, racks and SAN
• Experience supporting tier 2-3 IT experience working with a variety of business users
• Direct experience with Patch Management processes
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and GPO management

DESIRED SKILLS

+ Preferred experience with Linux and/or Mac OS
+ Preferred experience with Windows scripting skills like PowerShell, wscript, cscript, and batch files) are preferred
+ Some knowledge of database administration, specifically SQL Server is preferred
