Overview

The Manager, CRM will manage a team of technical team members to operate and run all of Tonal’s CRM programs. The responsibilities of this role also include leading team meetings, assigning action items, coordinating with stakeholders on prioritization queue, and ensuring delivery of projects is on time and to standards. You will also act as a subject matter expert for the team, providing guidance and personal development, as well as providing guidance to your stakeholders. The role will be reporting to Sr. Manager, IT Applications.

What You Will Do

    • Determine priorities and objectives by studying business functions of our stakeholders
    • Review business cases and develop appropriate implementation plans
    • Design and review new functionality from the requirements analysis, construct necessary diagrams and charts, and write specifications
    • Ensure best documentation practices
    • Be the main point of contact for anything Salesforce related
    • Maintain Salesforce system documentation, by keeping up to date with departmental process changes
    • Prepare reports from collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information trends
    • Manage projects with Salesforce partners and/or professional services
    • Maintains technical knowledge from self-paced learning, assisted learning, or attendance to related workshops
    • Manage and promote appropriate success metrics for the members of the team
    • Ensure team members have the necessary tools and resources at all times, raising issues as they arise
    • Partner with and manage third party vendors; ensure timely resolution of issues and manage project budgets
    • Provide support to programs for auxiliary systems such as NetSuite, iPaaS, and eCommerce
    • Collaborate on integrations, providing necessary data sets or issue changes to ensure data integrity is maintained within Salesforce

Who You Are

    • Experience managing and/or maintaining a Salesforce environment
    • A technical mindset, thinking of ahead of stakeholders to ensure scalability of design
    • You are efficient and organized, and everything you do exemplifies this trait
    • You are not afraid to make mistakes, and you are the first with a solution to fix them
    • You know how to best manage people to deliver impeccable results
    • Self motivated in practicing and learning something new, always eager to expand your knowledge
    • You question things, and are not afraid to communicate that
    • A solid communicator and an active listener, with an eye for digging into subliminal
    • Comfortable working with large volumes of data and structuring data sets and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

Extra Credit

    • Project Management experience or certification
    • Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification
    • Knowledge of scripting languages for the purposes of process automation
    • Knowledge or experience with integrations and data architecture
