We are looking for a Salesforce Specialist (f/m/d) to join our European business. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 9 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

What's on the menu for you:

  • Customize list views, reports, and dashboards

  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials

  • Manage 1st level operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups and potentially with business leaders

  • Act as a point of contact for Salesforce Users within the European Country Commercial Teams and the Senior Director of Commercial

  • Assists in conducting training of business owners for new features and help with roll-out

  • Present changes/system enhancements and overall training

  • Provide high quality support via ticket system

  • Develop best practices for reporting

  • Support the Product Team on Change Requests requirements collection and definition in an agile environment


What you can bring to the table:

  • 1-3 years operational and functional salesforce support

  • 1-3 years of previous experience as a Salesforce Analyst, Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Operations manager in a large company, ideally with a multi-national User / business base

  • B.S. or a B.A. college degree or commensurate work experience

  • Basic knowledge of agile methodology / processes

  • Proper understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and ideally also Service Cloud

  • Good understanding of Data Management

  • Business Data Analytics

  • Understanding of business processes

  • Ability to troubleshoot process and data issues

  • Open to discussions, team-oriented, with a hands-on attitude

  • Great Communication skills

  • Feature testing

  • Experience with process analysis and documentation

  • Fluency in English, German language knowledge is not required
