Salesforce Consultant

Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You understand the customer business needs and actively participate in the implementation of a Salesforce CRM application:

• Lead sessions with the customer such as project follow-up, design workshops, etc.
• Designing functional solutions according to customer needs;
• Configuration of the application according to the specifications described in the user stories
• Correction and maintenance of changes according to the product evolution road map;
• Supporting customer user during the teting phase.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrated experience configuring Salesforce Sales and Service standard functionalities
Hability to understand code. The candidate must holds at least Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Additional Salesforce consultant certification.

Languages required: English, Spanish
