Purpose of Role:

You will be part of the Sales Operations and Sales Forces Effectiveness team inside the Growth Performance Hub for CHC Germany.

The aim of our team is to provide the tools, data, and analysis to ensure day-to-day field activities as well as data driven decision.

In 2023, CHC Germany will be provided with new and more precise data on Sales and Sales Forces activities. It will come from a new CRM and related reporting tools.

This aim of this position is to work on the implementation of the new CRM, ensure adequate support to the CRM (actual and future) and to develop analysis from different systems.

Responsibilities

CRM:

  • Administration and support of the CRM: ensure the tool is functioning properly, and support the users in their requests: (extract of data, update of data in the CRM etc.)
  • Ensure data quality in the CRM: create sanity check and cooperate with users to improve data quality
  • Work in cooperation with external providers working on the CRM, being able to understand their doings and challenge them
  • Plan and execute the tests for new version of the CRM and applications
  • Implementation of internal policies related to CRM system

Data management and analytics :

  • Develop and maintain analysis with data from different tools (CRM, PowerPivot, IQVIA dashboard.) to support data driven decision
  • Creation of report and data extraction based on the needs of Sales Management

Transversal:

  • Work in good coordination with other team members and ensure their back-up
  • Part of several projects (Eg: development of reporting tools, new applications)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Pharmaceutical, Commercial Analytics/Forecasting or Sales Operations, Sales Force/Commercial Excellence, Business Insights, or comparable roles experience is required
  • Experience working with CRM system (eg: Salesforce) and with data visualization and/or business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerPivot) is highly preferred
  • Excellent self-management skills (including planning, prioritization, objective setting) and ability to work independently
  • Proactivity, reliability, and results-oriented are the needed quality for the role,
  • Interested to understand the CHC business
  • Ability to speak fluently German and English
