Salesforce Analyst

Our Salesforce Analystis responsible for supporting Salesforce, providing documentation, managing communication, and supporting process improvement initiatives within Full Service Operations.

Responsibilities (Text Only):
Salesforce

• Collaborate with company IT team, Security, and consultants in to ensure that requirements of business operations are successfully achieved
• Responsible for managing user access for Full Service team
• Control approved communications to team via Salesforce Chatter/Groups/Newsfeed or similar

Documentation/Training

• Develop Business Requirements Documents and Standard Operations procedures for existing Full Service transactions
• Assist in developing process maps for existing and new processes using Visio.
• Assist in migrating legacy data to Salesforce platform while partnering with IT and cross functional dependencies
• Assist/lead in onboarding and training new salesforce users

Communication

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce/Tableau to track KPI’s with assistance of analytics team to ensure reporting is validated and available when required for the leadership

Process Improvement

• Redesign processes for optimization prior to integration
• Utilizes data to develop processes to improve our organizational practices.
• Works with organizational partners and stakeholders to ensure efficiencies outlined in business cases reach fruition.

Qualifications (Text Only):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or other related disciplines
• 3+ years of business development, management consulting, financial advisory or IT Management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• 1+ year of process mapping experience with Microsoft Visio
• 1-3 years process improvement experience. ASQ Green Belt Certification preferred
• Proven ability to communicate to different audiences such as managers, end users, administrators, and developers is required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Leads by example living SBH’s values and maintaining highly engaged team
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Highly analytical and detail oriented
