QualiTest is looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud QA Lead to work remotely in the U.S.
Job Description:
The Qualitest Test lead will oversee and manage QA for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation for a fashion brand house.
Objectives:
To provide expertise from QA/Testing perspective to ensure best practice and followed for successful go live of the commerce cloud
To distribute work to offshore team & manage any knowledge transfer sessions they require
To structure and prioritize all test cases within centralized test repository
To execute test scripts, raise and re-test defects accordingly – recording progress in the centralized test tool
To raise risks and issues identified, to stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roll-out and present methodology processes, standards, and templates
Create KPIs, SLAs and Metrics as well as mechanism for monitoring and reporting
Deliver testing best practices throughout the SDLC • Deliver testing meetings such as defect triage and daily stand up
Schedule management – monitoring, updating and advising on testing approach to timelines
Responsible for demand & resource management of test resources, test environments, and test data Strategic direction to stakeholders for QA efforts
Sign-off of all test strategies, test plans, test cases designs and other relevant test artifacts
Work with project team and stakeholders to identify testing requirements, criteria scope and priorities
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
MUST HAVE 5+ years of demonstration test management experience
MUST HAVE Salesforce Service Cloud experience with exposure to Commerce Cloud (Marketing Cloud experience is a bonus)
Demonstrated experience and understanding of testing best practices and techniques Understanding of IT solutions and architecture
Ability to set priorities and objectives, then plan, organize, and manage the test team in order to meet time/schedule constraints with ability to quickly adapt plan and schedules to changed priorities
Excellent knowledge of all SDLC processes across the IT lifecycle from defining business needs through requirements, development, testing, and implementation
Have knowledge of the required methodologies; Test methodologies (ISTQB), SDLC methodologies (i.e., waterfall, agile, SAFe) and Service Lifecycle (ITIL).
Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Experience with API testing (cURL, REST, SOAP)
Experience with ETL, XML, JSON
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and expert meeting planning an facilitation skills
