The Role
As a Technical Configurator / Salesforce Administrator you will working on the configuration and development of the Salesforce CRM system as well as potentially supporting a wider variety of technologies (Pega and Amazon Connect). Within the team you will be responsible for helping define requirements, direction and ultimately developing high quality features for Salesforce.


Key responsibilities
  • Development and Configuration of Salesforce platform
  • Defining and refining requirements with the team
  • Configure and maintain a range of third-party platforms and services
  • Collaboration within your team and with other teams


Skills and Experience required
  • Application development/configuration experience with Salesforce, ideally with Salesforce Admin certification
  • Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process-based applications
  • Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user acceptance testing
  • Actively participate in the requirements, design and build phases; delivering high quality deliverables
