Your tasks

With the support from internal Salesforce admins and developers, you will work with our Service Department to promote After-Sales Excellence on our Salesforce Instance. This touches all aspects of the Service Cloud but also extends to Digital Experiences.

  • SME for Salesforce Service Cloud (Experience with Digital Experiences is a Plus)
  • You will promote business process reviews to identify pain points, requirements & processes and make suggestions to better streamline processes within the application system.
  • You will translate client requirements into Salesforce design - leveraging best practices and standards while minimizing custom development - and collaborate with our internal salesforce administrators and developers to realize these designs.
  • You will assist in analyzing existing processes and making recommendations to better streamline processes within the application system.
  • You will effectively manage all aspects of agile projects & stakeholder communication.
  • You will configure Salesforce Service Cloud & Force.com solutions



Your profile
  • You have 3+ years of experience managing an advanced Salesforce instance
  • You have Administrator Certification; deep understanding of Salesforce administration required with a strong focus on Service Cloud
  • You have a refined ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce.
  • You have excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • You have strong data management skills
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • You are fluent in English & German at least B2 level

Nice to have:
  • Service Consultant certification preferred.
  • Operational or analysis background in customer service
  • SQL/SOQL or experienced with tools such as Workbench
  • Experience designing integration data mappings preferred.
