Good understanding of the out-of-box Salesforce product suite, includingService, Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), App Cloud, and Einsteinsolutions.
In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC, and havesuccessfully expanded on those capabilities using process builder and/orintegration with external systems
Analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identifycustomizations across all native and custom objects.
Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Force.com.
Experience with meta-data migration between Salesforce(dot)com(SFDC) Sandboxes and Production Orgs using Change Sets.
Experience with system configuration using profiles, roles, workflows, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, process builder, flows and Data Loader.
Interseted to learn and grow as Salesforce developer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SF Admin Certification
2+ years of SF CRM system experience
Experience managing SF across multiple business units
Highly organized, good communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology
Able to analyze/report on data and KPIs
Effective collaborative skills to work across all business units
Understanding of sales processes and how SF CRM can support sales teams Client orientation with a natural disposition towards collaboration and providing excellent service
