The Role

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator expert to join our Commercial Operations team - someone who will be the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce at Reorg.

You will need to have at least two years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, and have experience designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce. Your main goal is to ensure a seamless and amazing user experience that supports our business processes while delivering timely, accurate data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

    • Provide end-to-end support and training for our Salesforce users, including user management, object maintenance, reports & dashboards and other routine SFDC tasks (alongside a Commercial Ops Admin)
    • Continue to configure Reorg’s Salesforce application based on feedback from the wider commercial team and your own SFDC best practices
    • Work with existing and develop new custom Salesforce objects
    • Manage our Salesforce.com data feeds and all 3rd party integrations (Pardot, Jira, Survey Monkey, Docusign etc), and help implement any new integrations
    • Manage all our complex automation process, including new Process Builders, workflow rules, validation rules, email alerts and more
    • Design and develop framework for user profiles, permission sets, lead assignment rules and teams where necessary, including helping to re-configure our org security
    • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems and track problems appropriately
    • Understand business needs across Reorg and clearly translate them into business and functional user requirements for our development team
    • Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or development
    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new application functionality, then mitigate issues identified during testing
    • Work closely with stakeholders to create and publish best practices in relation to our products and Salesforce configuration
    • Maintain system documentation and SFDC policies and procedures
    • Be a student of Salesforce; evaluate new tools as they become available and implement where appropriate

Data Management

    • Establish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.
    • Promote data integrity, data governance, and compliance. Performs special assignments as requested by departments
    • Assist with building of test environments, scenarios, and scripts to support QA/Tech team efforts
    • Perform data loads and data quality reviews. Develop and maintain SFDC Visual Force pages, Apex classes, triggers & lightning components. Hands on experience with Tools like Data Loader

Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS business
    • Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce.com and Pardot
    • Ability to create technical documentation to support new builds and releases
    • Proven practical experience building components of a Salesforce system to support core business processes.
    • Extremely data-driven and detailed oriented, need-to-know attitude
    • Flexible in the face of changing priorities, with the ability to multi-task, and handle urgent interruptions with high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
    • Excellent analytical, process design and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and demonstrated project management experience
    • Self-motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
    • Experience in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce
    • Desirable: ADM-201 or Salesforce Developer certification; BI tool experience; understanding of subscription models and ARR
