Salesforce Transformation Analyst

The Enterprise Business Unit has set up a Transformation and Processes Unit, which will be focused on the definition and execution of the projects that will take it from the current as is to a future ready situation.

In this framework, the Specialist Business Management and Processes is a key agent for making this transformation to be successful by:

• Research the market to learn about new technologies that may be applied in improving business processes.
• Identify transformation opportunities throughout Vodafone Business Unit area.
• Be an advisor to business teams in terms of business transformation.
• Working with the management team to define and execute the transformation strategy.
• Producing Senior Management slides, reports and KPIs to define transformation strategy and its related project and programs.

What you bring:

• 
  Digital skills (Data Mining, AI, Big Data, RPA) with real experience in business improvement.
• Good knowledge of the sales and support processes in a business to business environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills, with the ability to influence and update teams.
• Experience in complex organizations or projects.
• Good understanding of the business capability / user journey, wider organizational goals, and desired product business outcomes.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems or other related field.
• Expert in excel and powerpoint.
• Agile certification or training in Scrum or SAFe.
• Salesforce knowledge would be desirable.
