RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Farmington, CT that is seeking a Salesforce Lead, strong and well versed in field services.

The Salesforce Lead will need to know Field Service objects (i.e. service crew, scheduling, etc.), and needs to know how it works for the service they're providing. Call center and contact service will come next once they define the flow that process from the service side to all around all service. They need to have experience with customizations and field service objects.

REQUIREMENTS:Technical Experience required:
  • Service Cloud - Expert
  • Field Services experience with Salesforce, must be on the service side
  • Field Service Lightning - Expert
  • Certifications - Platform Developer 2, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant, Admin and Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Admin - Expert
  • Aura Lightning Component - Expert
  • Lightning Web Component - Intermediate
  • Integration - Expert
Functional Requirements:
  • Requirement gathering, analysis and solutioning
  • Good communication
  • Version Control - GitHub, BitBukcet or ADO Repo - Good to have
  • CI/CD - Jenkins, AutoRabit, Copado or ADO Pipeline - Good to have
  • Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
  • Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
