Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant who will be part of the Salesforce team. This person will work closely with our consultants and developers in planning, designing and building new platform features as per the inputs received from various stakeholders. Apart from providing technical and functional expertise inside or outside the team, this person will have to maintain strong relationships with the relevant stakeholders (product owners, consultants working with other clouds or products) and to know the impact that any new implementation might have on the existing platform.
Will take part in discovery sessions together with the consulting team and provide inputs regarding any potential platform limitations or challenge the stakeholders providing solutions that might fit better with their business requests. Will be the main poc for Salesforce products within Glovo giving advice on project implementation approach, integrations considerations or limitations, data migration or data deployment. Will define the Salesforce technical strategy considering the current state of the org and the future implementations considering any technical limitations or challenges.

  • Collaborate with the internal Salesforce Team and the Sales & Marketing Departments to define and execute company CRM Strategy
  • Cooperate with Software vendors and integrators to identify, propose, leverage and deliver valuable initiatives.
  • Make our technology and our team scale as the business grows.
  • Own your deliverables from start to finish.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience as Solution Architect, Technical Lead or/and Developer
  • Experience in Configuration, Customization, Data Migration, Data Modeling and Data Deployment
  • Experience working with Lightning Web Components, APEX, Triggers, Visualforce coding, Batch processes, Flows, Process Builder, Workflows
  • Experience on Salesforce integrations with other products
  • Good knowledge on REST API integrations
  • Knowledge of web platform fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to details.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Communicate well and be willing to engage with your teammates in group problem solving.
  • Admin Certification, Platform Developer Certification
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
