 Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for a Manager, CRM / Salesforce Applications that will work with the CRM user community to support and enhance functionality within our Salesforce system. The successful candidate will be a savvy hands-on leader with Salesforce experience who can deliver results, build effective relationships, and works closely with technology team members, other administrators, and product owners. This role will be an active participant in getting projects completed either by IT developers or as part of the CRM configuration team. Additionally, this position will be responsible for maintaining data integrity of the software while helping evangelize Salesforce.com throughout the organization.

 This role requires a highly collaborative approach with a strong business sensibility. Success requires an active listener who can translate between data to verbal articulations. This is a highly specialized and skilled position.

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  •  Administrative functions such as User Management, Profiles, Permissions, Roles, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards and process builders within Salesforce.
  •  Deliver comprehensive demonstrations of Salesforce Platform capabilities for the purpose of; new enhancements for stakeholders, troubleshooting with dev and support teams.
  •  Automates processes using Salesforce Lightning Process Builder, Apps and Page layouts.
  •  Manages configurations of the Sales, Service, Field Service Lightning, and Marketing Clouds.
  •  Understands the importance of Entity (Object) Relationships and how to implement them in Salesforce, via lookups, master-detail and custom junctions.
  •  Gathers and reviews business systems and user requirements.
  •  Works directly with business unit to ensure understanding and effectiveness of systems design.
  •  Acts as subject matter expert in the discovery and remedy of critical production issues.
  •  Keeps abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements when warranted.

 Travel Requirements
 Less than 10% domestic travel

 Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
  •  Education
    •  Bachelor of Science with background in Data Science, Engineering and Analytics

  • Knowledge and skills
    • Worked in an Agile Methodology Environment
    •  Experience working with Jira
    •  Knowledge of Copado
    •  Solid understanding of the principles of release management

  • Technical Skills
    • Certified Salesforce.com Admin
    •  Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
    •  Certified Service Cloud Consultant

  • Job experience 
    • Minimum 5 years analytic experience leveraging CRM/Salesforce Platform
    •  Minimum 2 years analytic experience leveraging CRM/Salesforce Lighting UI

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
