How Will You Contribute to the Company?
Cradlepoint is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Global Service and Support (GSS) team. This role will bring experience developing, administering, and utilizing technical expertise to augment our best-in-class organization by supporting, enhancing, and maintaining the Salesforce Service Cloud platform utilized by the GSS team.

What Will You Do?
- Be responsible for executing the day-to-day support, development, maintenance, configuration, and improvement of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform
- Interface with other departments to collaborate their Salesforce usage
- Be responsible for customizing the Salesforce platform- utilizing build/change functions
- Assist in maintaining database accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness
- Assist the team in developing and maintaining proper documentation of Salesforce Service Cloud platform configuration and development efforts
- Work with the administrators from other functional groups to ensure the Salesforce platform is properly configured and integrated with outside systems
- Maintain knowledge of all current Salesforce features and releases
- Participate in strategic planning and visioning – driving automation of tasks
- Define, design, and build enhancements supporting the automation of tasks for GSS within Salesforce
- Be an individual contributor with hands-on experience building out feature sets within the Salesforce platform
- Understand the analytics and process flow architecture within Salesforce and systems that integrate with the platform
- Provide technical guidance, architectural recommendations for designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining highly available and scalable solutions
- Be a key team member within the Global Service & Support organizational lifecycle; from requirements to implementation of features
- Drive testing to ensure quality and repeatability; leading others to the same
- Conduct performance tuning, process improvement, and automation of analytic solutions
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
- Listen, translate wants into essential needs, identify points of leverage and efficiencies
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
- Seven to ten (7-10) years of experience in a technical role
- Three to five (3-5) years of hands-on experience developing and administering Salesforce
- Two to five (2-5) years of management experience
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with process flows and gap analysis
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certificates

- Ability to work cross-functionally with members in multiple departments

Compensation and Benefits at Cradlepoint
At Cradlepoint, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.
Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
- $89,600 - $178,250
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint’s Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee’s FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
