We are currently seeking a Product Owner Salesforce (m|f|d) division. This position will be based in Goettingen (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). In this role, you will be responsible for building up CRM tool expertise and take on an agile product owner role in the team. As this division is currently in initialisation mode, this position offers you the opportunity to make a huge impact and drive things forward.

What you will accomplish together with us

You develop a global Salesforce CRM product roadmap in close coordination with the relevant business divisions
You guide, consult and support stakeholders regarding the translation of business requirements into user stories
You clarify technical feasibility of features with the Development Team
You take over the responsibility for budget-compliant planning of releases, quality control and final acceptance
You are the sparring partner and interface between the business units and the developer teams
You control external agencies and service providers
You track industry / technology trends and evaluate innovations

What will convince us

A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or in a similar field of education
A proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM systems
Technical know-how for assessing requirements and their feasibility along existing best-practice Salesforce CRM standards
Profound understanding of marketing and sales processes
Experience in working with mobile Salesforce appplications
Knowledge in integrating Marketing Automation and Salesforce CRM solutions in end-to-end processes
Proven project experience in agile development projects and in the use of collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Analytical thinking, conceptual working methods and intercultural experience
Excellent German and English-speaking skills
Willingness to travel (international 20-30%)
