Salesforce Developer

Madison Sterns, Inc., A National IT Consulting Firm, is currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer for a direct end customer in Baltimore, MD. Project duration is 6 months.

Background:

Our customer is seeking a salesforce developer to design and build unique, internal customer-based solutions to replace existing Access and Excel tools. Utilizing the developer toolkit this developer resource will develop new native products on the force.com platform. In addition, this developer will act as a mentor to client developer assigned to the salesforce development team.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field. A Master’s Degree in one of the above discipline equals one year specialized and two years general experience

General Requirements:

Must have two (2) years of computer experience in at least two of the following disciplines: systems analysis, systems programming, application programming, and equipment analysis.

Must have 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.

The candidate should also posses at least five (5) years experience in Database development and conversions (Oracle, SQL Server, Access)

Specialized Experience:

At least one (1) year of experience developing applications using advanced technologies, such as Internet protocols or web-based technology. Technologies include HTML, CGI applications, PERL or Javascript, and Java.

At least five (5) years experience developing enterprise application using one or more of the following languages:

• C# development

• HTML & ASP .NET

• CSS

• Java / JavaScript

• Mobile – jQuery

• Web Services
