Ripple is looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to oversee all aspects of our instance. This person has a deep understanding of Salesforce, AppExchange Apps and B2B SaaS business models. They are comfortable driving large and transformative projects across all teams that use our instance. This person excels at balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and is very comfortable getting their hands dirty. Lastly, they enjoy coaching and mentoring a small but mighty team of Salesforce Administrators.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive the evolution of Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack to better meet current and future business needs
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align on key business objectives, areas of focus and issues top of mind
  • Drive working sessions to gather technical and operational requirements for new features and/or functionality
  • Configure, test, launch and drive the adoption of new features and/or functionality across teams globally
  • Recommend and execute on opportunities to drive more automation, increase data quality and enable more real-time insights
  • Evangelize and enable Salesforce to be the single source of truth for field teams and all key stakeholders
  • Own the long term Salesforce development roadmap spanning across the Revenue Ops, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Finance functions
  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators
  • Partner with various teams (RevOps, Product, Marketing, Finance, Data etc) on a broad range of strategic, operational and analytical projects
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience managing all aspects of Salesforce; Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, etc.
  • 10+ Salesforce certifications that can be verified on Trailhead
  • 7+ years of managing Salesforce Administrators, data analysis and/or ops. teams Strong experience with common AppExchange apps; Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Slack, Chorus.ai, Tableau, Google Data Studio, FinancialForce, DocuSign, LinkedIn etc.
  • Experience using Segment.io to enable data flows in and out of Salesforce
  • Firm understanding of B2B SaaS business models and GTM motions
  • Exceptional team building and people management skills
