The Management Information Systems (IS) is fully involved in bioMérieux’s digital transformation strategy worldwide. Our IS teams are in charge of key projects such as the global deployment of our Salesforce CRM solution, SAP and IoT (Internet of Things). They also lead “proofs of concept” related to innovative services with high added value for bioMérieux’s activities. They partner with specialized stakeholders on reference technologies (SAP HANA, Salesforce.com, Amazon Web Services, SAP Cloud Platform or Microsoft Office 365) to contribute to the constant improvement of bioMérieux’s services.

What will be your responsibilities at bioMérieux?


  • Designs the Salesforce Platform and Release service and ensures it is formalized, communicated and known : defines business SLA and manages their evolution; promotes usage of service to end-users and maximize usage of service features.
  • Implements the Platform and Release service : Follows carefully what the editors deliver; Coordinates high severity incidents resolution; Leads problems resolution; Review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when needed.
  • Accountable of Release Calendars for both editor and internal ones, Technical Upgrade and Data Refresh calendars where applicable. Drives impact analysis of Releases
  • Drives the improvement plan on existing service including cost, performance, internal customer pricing model and value, in consultation with the Business as well as IS teams.
  • Co-ordinates Release reviews and upcoming requests/projects, prioritizes with IS and the Business (lifecycle needs VS budget);.
  • Monitors service performance and cost: Measures and provides reporting and metrics on performance of the service (SLA & OLA) including the usage of the service; Provides required financial reporting.
  • Guaranties technical and functional consistency on the service scope via verification (IS) and user acceptance (business) testing: Follows-up changes implementation and identifies changes-related incidents and problems; Provides upstream inputs (at initiative level) to ensure that necessary prerequisites are taken into account; Identifies potential risks induced by a project to decide of GO / NO GO; Escalates when necessary; Downstream: makes sure prerequisites to transition from project to run are met (support organization, user training…), in alignment with project manager.

Who are you?


  • Post-graduate degree or coursework may be expected with > 8 years of industry experience or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce functional and technical knowledge and Expertise in Release Management for Salesforce Platform such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, CPQ, Community, Pardot,.
  • Soft skills: Facilitator, good communicator, capacity to act with courage, capable of showing emotional intelligence
  • Your English is Fluent
