We are seeking a Salesforce Developer for a CRM - Customer Relationship View (CRV) initiative, as part of Enterprise Core Services group. CRV is an application built to address the needs of Community Banking and Virtual Channels. The application will be used by multiple lines of business with over 100,000+ users.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex business requirements, design solutions and write technical specifications for application updates and rewrite projects.
  • Provide technical support and basic development for computer applications and programs.
  • Work with Business Analysts and business partners to understand and validate end user requirements
  • Use diagnostic tools and vendor specifications to troubleshoot complex computer application problems to maintain or restore service or data to programs
  • Lead the resolution of complex issues or escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements.
  • Hands-on application and web service development and unit testing
  • Complete required logs and reports.
  • Prepare programming specifications and complete programming tasks to develop basic, and/or assist in the development of complex, computer solutions.
  • Perform modeling, simulations and analysis.
  • Prepare program test data, tests and debug programs.
  • Update and complete documentation, procedures and user guides.
  • Understand BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas and analyzes changes for risk to the environment.
  • Participate in testing and updating the business continuation plan.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Participate in security peer reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements where applicable.

Required Qualifications


  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • 1+ year of Salesforce experience


Desired Qualifications


  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • 1+ year of JavaScript development experience
  • 1+ year of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 2+ years of Salesforce developer experience
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience


Other Desired Qualifications

  • Good knowledge on technologies: Java, J2EE, Angular JS, MVC, WCF, Web Services, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON.

  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
