SALESFORCE.COM Business Analyst – Remote or Hybrid

About the Role:
Acts as key contributor to the Salesforce Product team. Works very closely with the Product Owner to help execute on the product strategy and roadmap. This role will collaborate with a cross-functional team to guide the development of key capabilities and enhance the current platform. Ultimately, this role is responsible for the continued growth and sustainability of the Salesforce.com platform focused on a specific business franchise.

Your Responsibilities will Include:
Serve as key analyst supporting the Product Owner and the Peripheral Interventions commercial teams

Drives alignment with marketing, engineering, IT, customer service, compliance & sales.

Collaborates to design and gather requirements needed to build out and scale digital platform in conjunction with cross-functional partners

Creates product development work plan and schedule to build product

Maintains end-to-end consumer experience on the new digital product

Maintains quality and accuracy of the platform reporting features for end users

Works closely with a cross functional team to refine features to ensure global product market fit and growth through on-going testing and analytics

Key collaborator for execution and enhancement of key product features

Ensures integrations with existing systems are maintained

Contributes and assists in defining long-term product roadmap

Identifies key roadmap contingencies including business operations and partner requirements

Conduct research and analysis to lead troubleshooting and reporting efforts

Minimum Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex business operations challenges
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to positively impact business performance
