The base salary pay range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Slalom’s New Jersey office is currently seeking a Salesforce Sales Executive to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities. The individual in this role will serve Slalom’s clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. There will be a heavy emphasis on building out and partnering within the Salesforce ecosystem and working collaboratively with other Slalom Salesforce sellers within the NY metro markets. Successful candidates thrive in a team-based selling environment and are passionate about identifying new client opportunities and building meaningful relationships with their clients and partners.


So, what will I do?

  • Drive activity in partnership with the account and practice leaders
  • Work with our Salesforce partners to identify new opportunities on the Salesforce Platform
  • Sell to multiple accounts in New Jersey
  • Drive attendance at partner and marketing events
  • Develop and share sales collateral with clients and Salesforce
  • Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new MSAs
  • Drive activity in new and existing accounts and build relationships across those accounts
  • Manage negotiations of the opportunities in the pipeline
  • Define win themes based on our competition

What will I bring?

  • Existing relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills- able to align teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills
  • Passionate about sales and technology and able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs/recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Previous sales and account management experience
  • Enterprise Solution Selling experience
  • Experience selling professional services at large consulting firms
  • Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills
  • Creative and innovative; seen as a visionary in his/her approach
