For the support in Dreilinden in Berlin we are looking for:

Working Student (m/f/d) Salesforce© UX Designer

- from now on for at least 12 months -

You will support the global CRM & Operations team to drive process automation as well as improve the interaction between end users and our Salesforce® CRM platform.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Design of usability and user experience that bring simplicity to our CRM Salesforce products

  • Conception of intuitive prototypes and interfaces

  • Joint development of new features together with Product Manager and Product Owner

  • Participate in Requirement Documentation, Design, Development and UAT

  • Analyze usage data to recognize user behavior patterns and obstacles

  • Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows based on user requirements

  • Present and explain key milestone deliverables to Product team and business stakeholders

  • Establish and promote User Interface guidelines, best practices, and standards

Your profile:

  • Ongoing (full-time) university degree with one to two years remaining study duration (valid matriculation certificate available)

  • You are available at least two days a week (Monday to Friday)

  • Passion for CRM, UX/UI, and process optimization

  • Enjoys working in an agile development environment

  • Product Design background is beneficial

  • Vector Software experience such as Sketch or Figma® is optional

  • Platform familiarity with any of the Salesforce® suite of products is a plus
