Overview of CRM Database Manager :
- Maintain the company’s CRM located at company headquarters
- Collaborate on integration data requirements between the CRM and company database
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and automated processes to ensure the efficient flow of data, smooth integration between and among systems, and the confidentiality and security of information
- Conduct data integrity testing, data clean-up and manage data integrity
- Collaborate with staff to create and manage queries based on specific requests
- Analyze data and generate key metrics
- Supervise specialist and work cross functionally with all departmentsQualifications of
CRM Database Manager :
- Strong CRM experience (3+ years preferred; Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or something similar)
