• Your task is to actively advise and consult on the introduction and further development of group-wide innovative processes and applications in the service environment
• Following your analysis and evaluation of business requirements, you will design and implement customized Salesforce solutions with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
• You create added value for your internal customers by relying on proven standards and processes when designing solutions
• In addition, you will act as a sensitive intermediary between internal and external contacts, using current project management methods

• With your successfully completed degree in computer science or business administration or a comparable qualification, you have the necessary tools of the trade
• Ideally, you have sound practical experience and knowledge in the implementation of complex service processes within Salesforce.com (focus on Service Cloud); current Salesforce certifications are an advantage
• You are familiar with current agile working methods (Kanban, SCRUM) and are willing to work in this environment
• Due to your very good German and your open and trustworthy personality you communicate confidently on all levels
• You round off your profile with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team combined with a high degree of initiative and implementation strength
