Missions & Responsabilities

Support the expansion of our CRM offers and improve our database of restaurant professionals
Manage marketing campaigns from development to execution
Support data collection and ensure the quality & availability

Activities covered : Restaurant, Wine

Scope : International

Activities

Creation & management of marketing campaigns

  • Produce and/or co-produce with the communication department or external partners of print & digital contents
  • HTML integration
  • Campaign settings: creation of targeting & deliveries
  • Execution & monitoring of the sending of campaigns

Performance monitoring for continuous improvement

  • Analyze performances and produce dashboards on CRM operations for internal and external purposes
  • Generate ongoing optimization by designing and implementing relevant A/B tests for subject lines, templates, images, CTAs, email journeys
  • Challenge campaigns/decisions to increase performances based on strong data
  • Benchmark and market monitoring to nurture and improve best practices

Development & improvement of customer knowledge through data

  • Define and implement data collection strategy for business & content uses (data such as contact details, pictures, opening hours, …)
  • Evaluate data sources and coordinate the integration into the database
  • Ensure the availability of data: data integration, data treatment, control of data flows, etc.
  • Automate flows to digital assets & marketing tools
  • Ensure the updating, reliability and quality of data
  • Verify the compliance of data processing in accordance with existing regulation

> Knowledge of CRM levers

> Experience in Data

> Knowledge of GDPR issues and legal impacts

> Knowledge of Salesforce MC tool and HTML coding is a plus
> Photoshop is a plus
