Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Salesforce Developer in Miami, FL (Florida).

Responsibilities

• In this role, the Salesforce Developer is responsible for the overall analysis, architecture, design, implementation, and support of technology solutions within the company
• Ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business
• Ensuring that proper functional and performance testing completed, and security requirements are considered by working with the project teams
• The Salesforce Developer will identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches
• Capture, design, and implement Salesforce platform solutions using best practices through custom development
• Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and -how-to- assistance
• Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts on application design, support, and practice development efforts to improve current business processes
• As a Salesforce Developer, this role works with engineers and developers on solutions and integrations, provides hands-on expert level assistance on technical issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Certified Marketing Cloud Admin certification required
• Certified Platform Developer II preferred
• 3+ years of salesforce development experience
• Strong knowledge and understanding on Salesforce out-of-box features and Salesforce.com best practices
• Architectural understanding of end-to-end salesforce platform
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
• Strong knowledge on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura/LWC components
• Strong experience in supporting Marketing Cloud journey design, automation, triggers, data management and implementation
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud : Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Mobile Studio
• Ability to present to peers and senior management with clarity
• Ability to design solutions on the SFMC platform based on technology
• Quickly grasps technical and business concepts and executes assigned tasks with minimal supervision and guidance
• Independently solves technical problems in assigned area
• Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Working experience in CICD, Git commands, GitHub source, Azure preferred
• Prior experience with other technologies like Java/.Net is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
