We’re looking for a Salesforce System Administrator to support our Business Operations Team. Open to remote work.

Position Summary
The Salesforce System Administrator will support SFDC SA in ensuring that Coalfire is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the features and benefits of Salesforce.com (SFDC) across multiple business units. This position reports directly to the Business Operations Manager and supports the Salesforce Solutions Architect with Coalfire’s SFDC implementation. The Salesforce System Administrator will possess strong technical skills and will assist SFDC SA in planning, enhancing, testing, and maintaining Coalfire’s SFDC instance.

What You'll Do

    • Assists SFDC SA in implementing SFDC best practices (System Architecture, Workflow, Reporting, Maintenance, Change Management Process)
    • Manage User Access and Security performing User Setup and deactivation, profiles/roles/groups, and security at all levels
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of Salesforce and systems including best practices and processes having an impact on the application
    • Manage external tools and Add-ins related to Salesforce (Docusign, Conga, DemandTools, Data Loader, etc.)
    • Support training including; team members and business users, generating internal documentation for processes, policies, and application configurations
    • Work closely with Sales and Service Desk team members to provide timely, efficient and professional support

What You'll Bring

    • SFDC Admin Certification
    • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience or equivalent experience
    • Demonstrated experience in independently troubleshooting complex technical issues
    • Proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, complex workflows, reporting, dashboards, and formula fields
    • Strong attention to detail, process and prioritization
    • Demonstrated track record of quickly learning new technical components and being able to generalize best practices from experience for use in a new environment
    • Strong ability to explain complex issues and discuss trade-offs of potential solutions in non-technical terms
    • Ability to work cross-functionally
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Bonus Points

    • Platform App Builder Certification
    • Experience with Visualforce, Flow Builder, Apex, etc.
    • Working knowledge of general relational databases
    • Participation in Salesforce.com life-cycle implementations
    • Working knowledge and experience writing SOQL queries

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $48,000 to $84,000 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
