SalesForce Admin/Developer

SUMMARY

MorseLife Health System is seeking a SalesForce Admin / Developer to join the ranks of the Digital Marketing Team. They will be instrumental in the development of new innovative deliverables that will support the MorseLife Sales and Marketing efforts across all mediums and entities. They will be contributing to the online customer journey and the internal operations via project deliverables and app development provided through our SalesForce CRM platform.

As a SalesForce Admin / Developer, your main responsibility is working on projects outlined by the Director of Business Intelligence and Development. It involves working closely with different company departments in order to provide business solutions via SalesForce.

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our SalesForce Orgs.
• Manage salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
• Develop and customize applications on Salesforce Force.com platform with Apex & Visualforce and develop Restful APIs & SOAP APIs for complex integration with external enterprise application.
• Handle all administrative Duties including the Deployments, release, security, and maintenance of salesforce standard recommendations with consultation of Director of BI & Development.
• Provide operational support for the data pipeline and analytics infrastructure.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Cooperate with Director of Business Intelligence & Development on project deliverables and business goals.
• Work on Salesforce Projects and maintenance of CRM
• Within SalesForce CRM, maintain Custom Objects and work on Custom Data Architecture
• Being able to perform root cause analysis on bugs within SalesForce.
• Assists with rollout planning and participation in the deployment, including user and system testing.
