 Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Services or related field required or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5 years relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree to include 3 years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud AND 2 years of experience with email deployment to include marketing automation and reporting performance required Or
  • 9 years Relevant work experience without a Bachelors degree to include 3 years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud AND 6 years of experience with email deployment to include marketing automation and reporting performance required
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • 3 years Salesforce Health Cloud experience highly preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification upon hire preferred Or
  • Salesforce Developer Certification upon hire preferred Or
  • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification upon hire preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud), including both out-of-the-box configurations and customizations via code.
  • Strong experience with AMPscript, Javascrip, HTML and CSS.
  • Ability to code AMPscript in support of complex dynamic emails.
  • Experience with integration/middleware platforms such as Mulesoft.
  • Ability to trouble shoot and perform performance tuning on all layers of Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve business issues through solution-oriented projects.
  • Ability to rapidly learn technical and business concepts.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate customer issues as required.
  • Ability to design, maintain, and optimize business processes, as well as integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) practices a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written communications); able to convey technical information to nontechnical audience in an understandable way.
Position Responsibilities THR As Marketing Data Administrator on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team with Texas Health Brand Experience, you will have an integral role in creating and maintaining integrated and contextual experiences on the Salesforce platform that enable meaningful consumer engagements with our brand. To accomplish this work, you will collaborate closely with Marketing Strategy and other internal stakeholders - and external partners as needed - to complete development projects and tasks that fulfill business goals, support marketing objectives and meet consumer expectations. You will also monitor and maintain the performance of certain Salesforce platform components as related to the Texas Health brand and marketing.

 In addition to the required qualifications, a successful Applications Systems Analyst Epic III will: 
  • Serve as owner/lead of Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud as related to Brand and Marketing initiatives.
  • Document and maintain best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and "lessons learned;" ensure that applications systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural/development standards and established methodologies and practices.
  • Work with enterprise and technical architects to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Map business requirements to technical requirements.
  • Support reporting, analytics and full attribution as available through Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Manage upgrades and implementations of Salesforce solution.
  • Manage performance of Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
  • Manage data as appropriate in Health Cloud and/or Marketing cloud to support strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor performance of Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud as impacts marketing and Brand Experience campaigns; troubleshoot and report issues as required.
  • Develop, maintain and troubleshoot interfaces between Health Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud and other systems.
  • Collaborate and partner with vendors and colleagues as needed to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and vendors for optimization of platform
  • Work with colleagues to build knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise through training and mentoring.
  • Work with digital and data team as appropriate.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to colleagues and/or content owners and publishers.
