Your Job

Indeed is going through an astounding data and technology transformation. We want an enthusiastic Sr. Technical Product Manager, with 10+ years of experience, to join our Internal Business Platforms team. The ideal candidate will join a team of product managers with a focus on Indeed’s Client Success organization. This candidate should have strong writing and communication skills, comfortable in making recommendations, and resourceful to solve cross-functional business challenges. This product manager will be groomed to be a subject matter expert, manage a team of product managers, and will own a set of defined business technology flows.

As a Business Platforms CS PM, we want you to set ambitious goals for your focus area(s). Your goals should be challenging; they should inspire and motivate you to think big. Business Platforms focuses on business impact; not necessarily on delivery dates.

Your focus will be Indeed’s client success team. There will be occasions where you will need to work closely with cross functional teams in order to service or to eliminate CS’s hurdles. You will be joined by the whole of Business Platforms in the biggest data and technology transformation in Indeed’s history. This transformation will allow CS to leapfrog and be ahead for years to come.

Our team is based across the US fully remote. Upon offices reopening post-COVID, all roles on this team will have the flexibility to either return to the office or remain remote. We have daily (virtual) standups, weekly prioritization, and OKR reviews, and stay closely in touch.

You will enjoy a casual work environment, flexible hours, and great compensation and benefits. You will wear many hats and learn many new things on the job. You will be surrounded by smart, dedicated, and nice people. You will be proud of the company's mission and your product's impact.
