JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices, Helping the product owner and team development to achieve customer satisfaction, Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments, resolve conflicts and issues that occur, Help the scrum team achieve higher velocity, Support the scrum team and provide education where needed, Hold Scrum Ceremonies (Product backlog refinement, Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective)
Create and manage Jira dashboards to monitor team progress, Create and provide reports related to Sprints / Backlog, JQL knowledge is required (Med>High Knowledge of JQL).

As champion for the Delivery POD, the Scrum Master will help to guide/coach the team on evolving the Agile/Scrum discipline, and will also play the role of gatekeeper for team to help create stability, focus to drive overall velocity. Use best practices to monitor sprint health but also challenge status quo to improve ways for optimizing reporting across Sales Enablement.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 7-10 years’ experience leading and managing product and technical, engineering, design teams as a Scrum Master
  • Experience managing across Salesforce Implementations and/or CRM, Cloud, Database other complex integrations and rollouts
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira Dashboard management and Jira reports management
  • Expert with JQL
  • Understanding of SAFe/SDLC best practices
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques
  • Work with decision makers and Product, Technical area leads to translate priorities and/or shifts in priorities downstream to Scrum PODs
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills,
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment,
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict, Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
  • Ability to work with and lead a team
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
