You have an impact on the following topics:
As Salesforce Administrator (f/m/x), you will accompany and shape the development and support of our Salesforce architecture. Focus is to minimise the effort of the teams working in Salesforce, to expand the data structure and reporting and to bring further departments and processes into a high-performance Salesforce landscape.

Located in the headquarter in Berlin, your tasks will be:

• Ongoing optimization of operational workflows through continuous improvement of user interfaces, dashboards, and reports
• Translation of user requirements into technical solutions in coordination with the Salesforce Specialist
• Support for Salesforce users through professional user support, documentations, and trainings
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and optimizing
• Identify unused or underutilised platform features
• All aspects of user and licence management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups

With these skills you complete our team
Mandatory

• Fluent English
• Experience with Salesforce Flows
• Admin experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reportd

Optional but appreciated

• German (any level)
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Certifications, ideally Advanced Admin
• Experience in designing scalable, best practice solutions
