As Junior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in helping Restaurant365 continue to grow. This position will help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform while making the user experience the highest priority. This function will support all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing new solutions. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. This role will consist of liaising with users at all levels will report to the Senior Salesforce Administrator.

How you'll add value:

  • User management including new user setup, permissions, roles, profiles and license management
  • User support tickets for assistance with reports, dashboards, data integrity
  • Meet with stakeholders to Identify and gather requirements for configuration changes
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, lightning record pages, permission sets, groups
  • Monitor user adoption
  • User training and creating training materials
  • Documenting processes, including error reports
  • Assist with projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud, excellent understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  • Holding or willing to work toward Certified Salesforce Administrator certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional qualification
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience training users and creating training materials
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Hands on Experience with CPQ and CPQ Configuration
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS Environment
