 FOR THE DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE TEAM GERMANY WE ARE RECRUITING A (JUNIOR) CRM MANAGER. (m/f/d)


 GRADE: Junior Management
 JOB TITLE: (Junior) CRM Manager
 FUNCTION: Marketing
 SUB FUNCTION: Digital & E-Commerce Team
 CITY & COUNTRY: Hamburg, Germany


 ACCOUNTABILITIES


  •  Support in the creation of a holistic CRM strategy for all brands of BAT (conventional tobacco products and potentially risk-reduced products)
  •  Implementation and execution of retention lifting measures (e.g., consumable discounts, interactional programs, basket leaver measures etc.) via automation and broadcast newsletter campaigns
  •  Continuous A/B/C testing of all campaign, direct evaluation, mechanic adaptation and implementation
  •  Segmentation of target groups and development of communicative concepts for each target group including ongoing adaptation
  •  Content creation for all CRM journeys, brief of different agencies, approval of assets
  •  Operation of various CRM systems (Salesforce, BAT BI)
  •  Weekly reporting of all send-outs and presentations preparation that are hold towards managers and stakeholders
  •  Continuous development of learnings, adaptation of strategies and measures, direct implementation
  •  Constant bug fixing within Salesforce: raise issues within ticket system and constantly push for resolution
  •  Weekly update calls with developers & global IT to optimize the platform continuously from a technical perspective
  •  Strong collaboration with E-commerce & digital executives from all 5 brands
  •  Yearly fresh up seminar with test on Salesforce to keep Salesforce certificate
  •  Regular updates with global and other end markets to exchange learnings and mechanics
  •  Competition observation and constant search for new possibilities in the area of CRM


 ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE


  •  Completed university studies and at least 1,5 years professional experience in the field of digital in a CRM driven position
  •  Or commercial training and at least 2 years of professional experience in the digital area in a CRM-driven position
  •  Experience with CRM and campaign management tools (preferably SFMC)
  •  Understanding of the consumer / user, interest in consumer buying decisions and motivations, constant curiosity to understand and focus on the consumer / user
  •  Creativity and passion for content creation
  •  Deep understanding of customer segmentation, target groups and consumer journey
  •  Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  •  Ability to view concepts holistically and to take them into account in strategy creation
  •  Flexibility and intrinsic motivation for responsible working in a dynamic market environment
  •  Affinity for new media and technical innovations - curiosity about new digital trends
  •  Developed project management skills and high self-organization and reliability
  •  Ability to influence interfaces and stakeholders, even in higher positions, without formal management responsibility
  •  Strong team spirit and hands on mentality
  •  Advanced English skills


 Preferred skills:


  •  Experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  •  Knowledge of German is a plus
