We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our growing team.

You will be:
Reporting to the Systems and Services Development Manager

Responsible for enhancing, delivering and supporting, high quality technical solutions including configuration and/or maintenance of Salesforce which will exceed our customers’ and business partners expectations.

Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle – either independently or as part of a team. Defining and documenting technical requirements and providing instructions to users.

Making continuous improvements to back end development and structure Assisting with activities to educate others (within and outside of IT) regarding the impacts of planned deliveries and/or in the use of relevant tools.

Participating in the investigation and resolution of incidents, problems and major incidents to a satisfactory outcome ensuring root cause is identified and solutions defined/implemented with changes to prevent re-occurrence.

Working closely with stakeholders to recommend and agree technological solutions to meet business requirements, within deadlines.

Supporting and mentoring junior Salesforce Developers within the team, actively helping them progress in their career progression.

Nice to have:
Experience with third-party applications such as Conga, Sage X3, Refract would be advantageous.

Experience with Agile Development or SCRUM methodologies

Understanding of Salesforce governor limits.

A BSc/BA level degree in technical, programming or computer science would be preferable but it is not essential. Relevant Salesforce certifications would also be a bonus.

You will be:
An experienced Salesforce Developer with demonstrable experience across the Salesforce platform utilising Apex, Lightning, Managed Packages, Process builders, Flows, Custom Objects.

Someone with great listening skills and strong, professional written and oral communication abilities

Focused on the needs of your customers and solving their problems.

A person with great attention to detail, all the time analysing and solving complex problems.

Already used to working remotely with teams and building relationships with colleagues.

Someone who will build reliable software solutions with a test-minded approach to work A person who actively seek outs and acts upon feedback.
