We are looking for a product owner who is passionate about digital transformation through CRM implementation (Salesforce). Initially part of the LEAP programme team implementing Salesforce into the business you will take on day to day prioritisation of Salesforce developments, driving improvement and meeting business needs. There is a strong chance this role will transition into Business as Usual to continue product development beyond LEAP.
About you
Passionate about driving efficiencies and excellent customer experience through CRM implementation and development. You will be an experienced product owner with sound knowledge of Salesforce CRM. You will have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills in order to prioritise business needs and drive the LSBU Salesforce roadmap.
Exciting work you will do
- Play a lead role in the introduction of new Salesforce functionality to LSBU that will transform student and staff experience. Digitising processes and joining up the student journey.
- Working with all levels of stakeholders from executive and directors to systems users to develop and drive the roadmap for Salesforce development
- Actively promote salesforce across the business, increasing adoption and identifying new opportunities for development
- Working with the salesforce development team to size user stories and agree on capacity for each development sprint
The skills and experience you will need to be successful
- Experience working as a product owner, driving the development and adoption of one or several products
- Sound knowledge of Salesforce functionality and developments. With experience of using that knowledge to implement improvements and find solutions to pain points
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, working with staff of all levels to prioritise new developments and manage expectations
- A strong customer focus with experience of identifying and resolving pain points, gathering feedback from users and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout
- A team player with experience of knowledge sharing, influencing, negotiating and building collaborative relationships and consensus
