Position Summary:
We are adding a temporary contract Salesforce Administrator to assist our expanding team as we introduce added functionality to our SFDC ecosystem and continue to expand our base of users. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our current SFDC administrators on a wide range of SFDC related support functions with our current environment and on the set up of changes driven by our CPQ implementation and inter system connectivity.
These tasks include but are not limited to user set up and support, configuration, system integration support, management of data flow accuracy, creation of reports and dashboards, and assisting the current team on maintaining data hygiene and integrity.
In this role, you will:

  • Support Salesforce Administrators with SFDC CRM, SFDC CPQ, SFDC/ERP Middleware, and other third-party applications connected to the SFDC environment.
  • Support current team on the engagement with business owners to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.
  • Support the management of change control and best practices for overall system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, and other relevant factors.
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of SFDC ecosystem custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, dataflows, and other relevant system support items.
  • Share the team’s responsibility on providing day-to-day Salesforce support for all system users.
  • Deliver customer and sales support like you expect to receive it, with excellence.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Position Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven record of experience supporting Salesforce Administration, Development, and user population on all CRM functions.
  • SFDC CPQ experience highly desirable.
  • Experience with Lightning, Analytics, Flows, and Components
  • Experience with both sandbox and production deployments
  • Salesforce trailblazer who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
