The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform across all clouds. The administrator will work with stakeholders across the organization and at all levels to support digital transformation initiatives. The individual will be the primary liaison with internal and external development teams to implement changes and enhancements to the platform. This individual will be passionate about their work, self-motivated and a promoter of the platform to drive adoption throughout the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment across all clouds including Sales, Service, FSL, CPQ, Communities and Pardot.
  • Work with key stakeholders, business analysts and application development teams to gather requirements and translate into solutions with the greatest business impact.
  • Ensure maintenance of data including but not limited to Account record management, address cleansing/maintenance, duplicate records, etcetera
  • Provide support to Business users, leaders and Digital Transformation Analysts with issue resolution, technical questions and creation of report and dashboards.
  • Support Digital Transformation Initiatives and other business process changes with field creation, workflow rules, validation rules, Flows, alerts, approval and assignment rules
  • Complete regular internal system audits (e.g. Code Coverage) and prepare for upgrades
  • Establishes quality assurance processes and procedures including documentation management of Functional/Technical requirements and Test Cases.
  • Support Training team with development of training materials and programs for end users.
  • Grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization and promote adoption
  • Review Salesforce release notes ensuring the latest features and best practices can be utilized during evaluation of solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce CRM experience
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting with minimal direction/supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (or other design tools).

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to think strategically, applying business insight/acumen and demonstrating critical thought in a complex business environment
  • Must possess analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and financial skills, as well as exceptional time management skills
  • Requires standing and walking; stooping and kneeling; reaching with arms and hands lifting to waist up to 10 pounds
  • Requires sitting; using hands to finger key board; talking and hearing
  • Requires close vision for computer work and reviewing correspondence
  • Work is performed in a controlled office environment

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel may be required.
