Business Analyst - Salesforce B2B Commerce (f/m/d)

Your Role

You’ll capture user requirements and translate them into business and digitally enabled solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing as-is and design to-be processes to define business, solution and system requirements
• Organizing and facilitating workshops with clients to elicit and understand their requirements

• Interacting with users and customers, gain a deep understanding of their needs and represent that knowledge to the rest of the team
• Iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories and story acceptance criteria is also part of your scope
• Stakeholder management and being an interface between your team, the customer and the project manager
• Helping our customers and teams make the right decision by carefully weighing business value and technical complexity

Who you are

• You worked in a similar role and business environment in an agile context
• You have a customer focussed mindset
• You bring a strong analytical attitude, an ability to structure complex or undefined business problems
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce or Core solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to switch between English and German

Additionally, one or more of the following are considered beneficial but not mandatory

• Salesforce Admin or any Domain Specialization certifications
• You have already worked as a developer, functional analyst or already have technical experience
• If not Salesforce Commerce, you may have expertise with other e-commerce systems like Magento or SAP Hybris
