The Dominion Group is a fast-growing company in Baltimore, MD. We operate several Real Estate Investment related businesses including a national private lending company, a real estate acquisition company, and a rental portfolio in Baltimore.

As a member of the Marketing Department, you will be working on multiple projects across multiple companies. We are a small, agile team with a strong focus on collaboration and growth.

Job Description

This position is part CRM wizard, part data analyst. They will report directly to the Marketing Director. The right candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. You will have a steady focus and be capable of independently implementing new technical solutions. Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills is required.

The position is fully-remote, with the option to work at our office in Baltimore, MD.

This will require an understanding of:

  • Salesforce
  • Pardot, Marketo, or other marketing automation platforms
  • Sales and Marketing business processes
  • Marketing Automation best practices
  • Microsoft Excel

Position Responsibilities

· Administrating company Salesforce accounts

· Independently implementing creative CRM solutions

· Compiling CRM reports and dashboards

· Design, deploy, and optimize marketing automation initiatives

· Procuring mailing lists using third party databases

· Manipulating and scrubbing data prior to importing into CRM

Position Requirements

  • 1+ years hands-on experience administrating a Salesforce account and using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or Marketo
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A good understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Willingness to learn new technical skills and softwares as needed

Bonus Skills

· SQL knowledge

· API experience

· Experience using data visualization software like Tableau'
