- Responsible for partnering with Production Owners Solutioning/refining user stories
- Supporting production users when needed
- Support development process by testing features and planning deployment schedule.
- Build functionality using declarative processes (Flows, custom objects, etc.) within Salesforce.
- Stand in for Scrum Master when out of the office
- Facilitate demos for business teams when needed
- Review Salesforce Major Release Notes and determine impacts
- Create release notes for weekly Salesforce releases.

- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business Management, Systems Development, or related area or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Three or more Salesforce Certifications
- Experience in an Event driven integration organization
What you'll bring to the team...
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
- 3 years Minimum related work experience
- Two to four years' experience as a Salesforce System Administrator
- One or more Salesforce Certifications
- Hands on experience to Multiple Clouds (sales, service, experience)
- Understanding of debugging methodologies within Salesforce
