One of our focus projects in Global Sales & Marketing is the implementation of Salesforce CRM (Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud) and Direct Marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) globally. We share the marketing tech stack with Mercedes-Benz. Our target is to integrate Financial Services leads and data into one joint ecosystem to provide best customer experience. To successfully roll out more markets in 2022, we are looking for a CRM Product Manager to join a dynamic team.
Your tasks will be:

  • Establish a strong integration of Salesforce CRM products (Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud) in MBFS with Mercedes-Benz AG markets (MOC)
  • Develop global blueprint for CRM use cases that can be implemented to all Financial Services markets
  • Provide data-driven insights on KPIs for optimization of Lead Management use cases
  • Overall project management & market management with regular alignments within all stakeholders
  • Align with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services counterparts in markets to gather business requirements for Lead Management (and Direct Marketing).
  • Define specific business and technical demands for lead processes and marketing use cases together with external providers and system owners at Mercedes-Benz
  • Present requirements and demands in various boards for prioritization before implementation
  • Align with IT responsible on local and HQ levels in the preparation and implementation
  • Align with data protection responsible on local and HQ level and build up data protection knowledge in the context of the project
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders that are relevant for the implementation of the use cases
  • Rollout Salesforce Lead Management in several markets in parallel
  • Support in defining integrated direct marketing concepts & campaigns with Mercedes-Benz
  • Prepare and execute workshops with several parties
  • Overall steering of external implementation partners

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Sales, Marketing with focus on digital tools, Business informatics or comparable areas
  • Experience in working in Sales/Marketing in an automotive environment
  • Experience in digital rollout projects with vendor management
  • Experience in working with a wide variety of stakeholders (data protection, legal, IT etc.)
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Good knowledge/understanding of Sales processes in HQ & markets
  • Experience in CRM environment or digital marketing advantageous
  • Highly independent working style and proactive contribution to the best results
  • Excellent understanding of processes and ideally also IT infrastructures
  • Fast understanding of complex and abstract topics
  • Desirably knowledge of the Salesforce system landscape
  • Experience with working in an international team and/or environment
  • Communication and networking comes easy to you
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) as team and project language is English
