Fisher Investments is looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to assist with projects and support work. We are looking for someone with an ability to configure Marketing Cloud, who will partner with our CRM and Product teams to ensure we get the most out of the platform and provide great customer experiences. The Opportunity:
Fisher Investments is looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to assist with projects and support work. We are looking for someone with an ability to configure Marketing Cloud, who will partner with our CRM and Product teams to ensure we get the most out of the platform and provide great customer experiences. You will report to the Application Development Team Leader.
- Create Lists, Data Extensions and subscriber lists
- Create segmentation groups
- Track communications and develop relevant reports and dashboards
The Day-to-Day:
- Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back
- Suggest and implement changes and help FI get the most from the platform
- Use SF Connector for passing data to and from Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Provide support and point of escalation for product teams using Marketing Cloud
- Complete QA checks on changes to data and journeys
- Configure business process managed through Marketing Cloud, e.g. content approval processes and groups
- Configure and run triggers and API calls within the Marketing Cloud platform
- Ensure customers adopt and obtain maximum value from Datorama
- Monitor and interpret customer usage data, health indicators, and use-case growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper approach is taken to maximize client engagement
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com administration and configuration
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or ExactTarget and hands-on knowledge of Datorama
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Credential
- Experience with basic HTML, AMP script and SQL
- Digital marketing experience
- Experience working with a variety of customer types and growing their business
- U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
