We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Salesforce (f/m/d) to join our Global Sales team and collaborate with our Quick Commerce and Shops business units. Quick Commerce refers to Delivery Hero’s efforts to deliver groceries and other non-food items in 20-30min to our global customer base, fulfilled from DMarts or through partner vendors (i.e. local shops). Quick Commerce is a fast growing Business Unit within Delivery Hero and a major platform for investment.

Your mission:

  • Manage technically demanding products that impact the vendor onboarding journey across 40+ countries where we operate

  • Work closely with Sales Operations teams to solve their pain points which impact their operational efficiency and productivity

  • Collaborate with Business Units to optimise existing processes related to Shops & Dmarts and be also involved in conceptualization of new processes and flows based on changing business needs

  • Prioritize and manage the work of a cross-functional development team in tandem with an Engineering Manager

  • Generate customer insights through experimentation and help internal stakeholders to make smarter decisions

  • Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap

  • Manage expectations of stakeholders from 40+ countries and be transparent on progress and priorities

  • Stay current on trends, innovation, and competition in a fast-paced environment

Your heroic skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven history of delivering results

  • Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products

  • Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions

  • Fluent in English

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in digitalization and automation of processes over Salesforce by challenging the status quo with an optimized and automated process.
